Every puppy goes home with a written health guarantee against genetic and congenital conditions, and a vet health certificate from within the last few days.
We ask that your puppy sees your own vet within 72 hours of going home. If a covered condition is ever found, we will make it right as set out in your contract.

If your vet finds a concern, call or email us with their report. We will talk it through with you and our vet.
We make it right
For a covered condition, we follow your contract: help with treatment, or a replacement puppy or refund where it applies.
