A deposit holds your chosen puppy. The balance is due when your puppy goes home.

Photo and video updates while you wait.

Welcome them home
Pick up in person or choose delivery. Your puppy comes with records, a starter kit and lifetime support.
Reserving
Reserve with a $500 deposit
The deposit is deducted from the puppy price and holds your chosen puppy for you. The balance is due on going-home day. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a future litter if something unexpected happens.

Healthy puppies, in writing
Every puppy goes home with a written health guarantee against genetic and congenital conditions, and a vet health certificate from within the last few days.
We ask that your puppy sees your own vet within 72 hours of going home. If a covered condition is ever found, we will make it right as set out in your contract.

Going home
Pickup and delivery
Choose what works for you. Your puppy always travels with its records and a familiar-smelling blanket.
Pick up in person
Meet us at our home on going-home day. We go through feeding, care and paperwork together, and your puppy leaves with a starter kit.
Ground delivery
We drive your puppy to you, or meet you halfway. Price depends on the distance; ask us for a quote.
Flight nanny
A trusted flight nanny flies in the cabin with your puppy and hands them to you at your nearest airport.
