Scam protection

Protecting families. Stopping scammers.

Puppy scams are common: fake sellers copy real breeders' photos and ask for money for puppies that do not exist. Here is how to know it is really us, and how to pay us safely wherever you live.

Our only official contact details

If someone uses a different website, number, email or payment account and says they are us, it is not us.

How to pay us, wherever you live

We place puppies with families in the USA, Canada and other countries. These are the only ways we accept payment. For your safety we never publish our account details online: we send them to you from our official email.

Payment details come only from kamiwebhost@gmail.comWe email them with your contract or invoice once your puppy is agreed. A request from any other address, phone number or social media account is not from us.

Your safety is our priority

Before you send any money

How we handle payments

  • Payment details only come from kamiwebhost@gmail.com, together with your written contract or invoice.
  • We take a deposit only after we have spoken with you and agreed on your puppy in writing.
  • Our payment details never change by text, phone call or social media message. If you are told they have, call us before paying.
  • You receive a written receipt for every payment, showing what is paid and what is left.
  • Families outside the USA and Canada pay by PayPal and international bank transfer, in the currency on their invoice.

We will never

  • Ask you to pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency, Western Union or MoneyGram
  • Ask you to pay by a method that is not listed on this page
  • Send payment details from any email address other than kamiwebhost@gmail.com
  • Ask you to pay a “courier” or “pet transport company” directly
  • Ask for extra money for “shipping insurance”, a “crate”, “customs” or “vaccines” once a puppy is on its way
  • Sell a puppy younger than 8 weeks

Before you pay anyone

Four checks that stop most scams

Search the photos

Do a reverse image search. Stolen photos usually appear on other websites.

Ask for records

A real breeder has vet records, a contract and registration details.

Check where details come from

Only pay accounts sent from the breeder's official email. Never gift cards or crypto.

Too cheap?

A price far below other breeders is the most common warning sign.

Help us fight scammers

Report a fake website or seller

Seen our photos, name or puppies on another website or social media profile? Or did someone contact you pretending to be us? Tell us and we will report it and warn other families.

Already paid a scammer? Contact your bank or payment app straight away: the sooner you call, the better the chance of stopping the payment. Then report it:
