Terms of sale

These terms apply to reservations and purchases of puppies from Honeyfield Puppies. Your signed puppy contract gives the full terms for your puppy, and takes precedence over this page if the two differ.

Listings

We describe each puppy as accurately as we can, with recent photos and videos. Puppies grow and change; adult size, colour and coat are estimates based on the parents and are not guaranteed.

Reservations and deposits

• A puppy is reserved only once we have confirmed your deposit in writing
• The deposit is deducted from the puppy's price
• The balance is due before or on going-home day
• If we cannot complete the sale for a health reason, we refund your deposit or move it to another puppy, as you prefer

Health

Every puppy is examined by a vet before going home and comes with a written health guarantee. The guarantee, what it covers and how to make a claim are set out in your contract and on our health guarantee page. Please take your puppy to your own vet within 72 hours of going home.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery are arranged with you in advance. When you choose delivery, we tell you the price and the travel plan before you pay. Responsibility for the puppy passes to you at handover.

Payments

We only accept the payment methods listed on our scam protection page, and we will always send payment details from kamiwebhost@gmail.com. We never ask for gift cards, cryptocurrency or money transfer apps from people we have not spoken to.
